The Bulgarian consumers are expecting that prices will go up and their adjustments for purchase of properties or durable items are positive. They are also inclined to spend on home renovations and do not intend to save money, a survey of the National Statistical Institute shows. The total consumer confidence index saw 1.1% increase as compared to October 2017. The improvement is due to the optimism of the urban population.
