Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov has assigned the ministers with the task to engage personally and more actively with the introduction of the E-government. Earlier Bulgaria’s Deputy Premier Tomislav Donchev commented that mobilization aimed at introducing electronic document exchange between the administrations was quite insufficient.
