The organizers of the nationalist torchlight procession Lukov March in Sofia intend to go ahead with the march this coming Saturday, even though the government and the opposition Bulgarian Socialist Party have called for it to be called off.

Earlier, the government issued a position, describing the march as a “shameful provocation”, which calls into question the reputation of Bulgaria. The organizers from the Bulgarian National Union claim that the accusations of Neo-Nazism and anti-Semitism do not accord with the facts of the march.
