The EU cabinet ministers in charge of trade are holding an informal meeting in Sofia today focusing on the prospects for the multilateral trading system.
The European Commission is represented by the Commissioner for Trade Cecilia Malmström. The participants will also focus on the negotiations the EU is conducting on the free trade agreements with Mexico and the Mercosur countries. The forum is taking place under the chairmanship of the Minister of Economy Emil Karanikolov.
