Director-General of World Trade Organization Roberto Azevêdo: We should not allow global trade war

We should not allow a global trade war because of the USA, Director-General of the World Trade Organization Roberto Azevêdo told the Bulgarian National Radio. While the EU Ministers of Economy discussed in Sofia whether the USA would introduce restrictions against the European trade, Roberto Azevêdo called on the world leaders for responsible and measured actions. The US President Donald Trump sent a categorical message that the world must deal with unfair trade. President Trump called a “catastrophe” theWorld Trade Organization, whose real activity has been blocked by the USA in the past two years.
