As of December 2018, users will be able to shop online from any point within the EU, wherever they may be at that moment.
Businesses will be able to offer their products and services to any one of the EU’s 500 million citizens. This will be made possible thanks to the signed rules which put an end to geo-blocking – the practice that prevents online customers from accessing and purchasing products or services based upon their geographical location.
