Qatari delegation exploring investment opportunities in Bulgaria again

A delegation from Qatar is on a visit to Bulgaria to explore investment opportunities as a continuation to the visit to Sofia from March 19 of a business delegation of the Qatar Investment Authority. The delegation has met with Deputy Minister of Economy Alexander Manolev.

Prospects for cooperation in a number of sectors have been discussed. The guests from Qatar pointed out their interest in large and smaller projects related to transport, energy, healthcare, infrastructure, etc.

The Qatar delegation consists of a total of eight representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Office of Public Works, the Qatar Investment Authority and the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
