Bulgaria’s unemployment in April lowest since December 2008

In April 2018 unemployment in Bulgaria was lowest since December 2008, data of the National Employment Agency shows. Last month unemployment fell with 0.4% as compared to March 2018 to 6.4%. In April 2018 unemployment fell with 1.2% as compared to the same month last year. A total of 210,973 people were registered as unemployed at the end of April, or 4.8% less than March 2018 and 15.4% less than April 2017.
