There is clear indication that the natural gas supplied from Turkish Stream to Europe will cross Bulgaria. President Putin announced that he discussed this topic with President Erdogan, Bulgaria’s Minister of Energy Temenuzhka Petkova said. The agreements will be reached in the coming months, Minister Petkova told journalists at the Bulgarian National Assembly on Thursday following yesterday’s meeting between Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov and the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in Moscow. It is important for Bulgaria to keep its position in the European gas field, Minister Petkova added.
