The National Electrical Company (NEK) has initiated a procedure for the selection of a consultant for the asset valuation of the Belene Nuclear Power Plant project.
These assets will go into a new company, said Petyo Ivanov, CEO of the Bulgarian Energy Holding. For the time being, the plan is to keep NEK as 100 percent owner until the emergence of another potential investor.
