The adoption of the proposal means Energy Minister Temenuzhka Petkova is assigned the task of resuming the efforts to look for opportunities for the construction of Belene Nuclear Power Plant, jointly with a strategic investor on market principles and without a state guarantee, by putting the assets and liabilities of the Belene project into a separate project company.
