President Rumen Radev pays official visit to Jordan

From December 15 to 17, Bulgarian President Rumen Radev will be on an official visit to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan at the invitation of Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein.

In the royal palace in the capital city of Amman, Bulgarian President Rumen Radev and his wife Desislava Radeva will be welcomed with an official ceremony by their Majesties Abdullah II bin King Al-Hussein and Queen Rania Al-Abdullah on December 16th. The focus of the visit is deepening political dialogue and bilateral relations; stimulating trade, economic and investment cooperation, as well as defense and security partnership. The situation in the Middle East and the migration crisis will also be discussed.

In Amman the Bulgarian head of state will also meet with representatives of the Bulgarian community in Jordan and with Jordan citizens who have received their education in Bulgaria.
