Extraordinary Meeting of Transport Minister Zhelyazkov with EP President Tajani over Mobility Package 1

Minister of Transport Rossen Zhelyazkov is paying an extraordinary visit to Strasbourg for a meeting with the President of the European Parliament Antonio Tajani, the BNR has learned from the Cabinet of the Minister.

Topic of discussion will be the Mobility 1 package. At the insistence of Prime Minister Boyko Borissov, Minister Zhelyazkov will present the reasons for the Bulgarian government to call for adoption of the package to be put off until the next European Parliament because of controversial texts in it, which place the Bulgarian transport business in a disadvantageous position.
