Asked when Russia would return the Bulgarian archives seized by the USSR during World War Two and whether it was normal for a foreign country to keep documents about Bulgarian history Ambassador Makarov said that these materials are accessible for the Bulgarian State Archive Agency and researchers and can be copied.
