Bulgarian President Rumen Radev and Muriel Berce Cohen, the Ambassador of Switzerland to Bulgaria, have discussed the idea for creation of a Bulgarian-Swiss center for scientific and applied research work. The future center will benefit both Bulgarian and Swiss companies in the fields of information technology, defense, energy and other high added value sectors. The Bulgarian Head of State has pointed out that establishment of such a center in Bulgaria would contribute not only to the reduction of youth unemployment but also to the return home of young Bulgarian scientists who have already completed their successful projects abroad with scholarships granted by Switzerland.
