I am furious that the Mobility 1 Package entered the European Parliament’s agenda, Bulgaria’s Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Rosen Zhelyazkov commented after the EP confirmed the vote on the Mobility 1 Package. 156 MEPs voted in favor of the French proposal and 154 were against. In Minister Zhelyazkov’s words, the Mobility 1 Package does not have future in its current form, because it is against the EU principles, the European law, the Lisbon Treaty and discriminates the haulers from the periphery.
