The Bulgarian Border Police found a sixteen kilograms bundle of cocaine floating in the Black Sea near Cape Kaliakra. The bag was tied to a life-vest. The District Prosecutor’s Office in Dobrich is investigating whether the cocaine found today is of the same quality as the 195 kg narcotics that were found near Tyulenovo and Varna. The Prosecutor’s Office announced that the drugs found several days ago were of exceptional quality- the package contained cocaine of very high concentration (90%).
