As part of Bulgaria's efforts to deepen its co-operation with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and to contribute to reforms in the country, Prime Minister Boyko Borisov presented an action plan to OECD Secretary General Angel Gurría. The plan provides for greater participation of this country in OECD activities and identifies areas for interaction with OECD experts in the pursuit of successful reforms. The Prime Minister presented his plan to meet with Gurría in Poznan, Poland, during the Western Balkans Summit on the Berlin Process.
