Bulgaria’s Deputy Premier and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva participated at the informal meeting of the EU Foreign Ministers (Gymnich) in Helsinki on August 29 and 30. The ministers discussed the challenges of hybrid threats and assessed highly the work of the European Center of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats in Helsinki.
