Supreme Administrative Court allows construction of extension of Turkish Stream gas pipeline through Bulgaria

Three-member panel of the Supreme Administrative Court closed the case against the decision of the Commission for the Protection of Competition on the selection of a company to fulfill the extension of the Turkish Stream gas project on Bulgarian territory. The Supreme Administrative Court specified that the complaint of Gas Development and Expansion in Bulgaria consortium will be left without consideration. The decision of the court confirms the decision of the Commission for the Protection of Competition that the Saudi consortium Arkad will build the extension of Turkish Stream gas pipeline project on Bulgarian territory.
