President of South Korea Moon Jae-in: Bulgaria is attractive destination for foreign investors

A South Korean company is interested in participating at the Belene nuclear power plant project, it became clear during the meeting between Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov and the President of South Korea Moon Jae-in. The meeting was held after President Moon Jae-in returned from New York where he participated at the United Nations General Assembly session. Bulgaria became a leader in the Balkans, Moon Jae-in noted and added that there are huge opportunities for economic cooperation between Bulgaria and South Korea in IT technologies, renewable energy and defense fields. South Korea’s President Moon Jae-in voiced commitment to advertise Bulgaria and noted that Bulgaria is attractive destination for foreign investors due to its low taxes, good business environment and access to the big EU market.
