Central Election Commission spokesman Alexander Andreev has reported that turnout in the country's second round of local elections, measured at 10 am local time, was 7.14%. The level is close to that registered at the same time in the previous elections in 2015 - 8,66%. In local elections, turnout in the second round is usually lower than in the first round, the spokesman added. There are 196 municipalities in the country that hold a second round on Sunday.
