USA to send energy experts to Bulgaria

I am proud with the fact that the American companies have invested USD 2.5 billion in the Bulgarian economy, created 30,000 job positions and are the sixth biggest investor in this country, the Ambassador of the USA to Bulgaria Herro Mustafa said. Energy and innovation are the key sectors for the development of the relations between the USA and Bulgaria, the representatives of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria said at their meeting with Ambassador Mustafa. The USA will send a team of energy experts to help Bulgaria develop as energy center in the Balkans, Ambassador Herro Mustafa said. The energy experts will visit Kozloduy nuclear power plant, the site of the Belene NPP project, as well as the gas storage facilities in Bulgaria.
