People lose part of their savings due to the low interest rates and bad management of their personal finance, the credit expert Tihomir Toshev told the Bulgarian National Radio. All bank deposits up to EUR 100,000 are guaranteed by the state. That is why the Bulgarians are not looking for alternative financial instruments despite the low interest rate, Tihomir Toshev further said.
