Arsenal military factory which was the first plant in Bulgaria to have closed doors because of the coronavirus epidemic is re-opening today with a minimum number of workers.
With a staff of almost 9,000, the plant is resuming operation with a skeleton staff of 2,000 and draconian disinfection measures.
