Good Friday Catholic services in Bulgaria held without presence of believers

The Catholic Church marks Good Friday today. The liturgies in Bulgaria will be served without the presence of believers, due to the restrictive measures adopted over the Covid-19 epidemic. Because of the epidemic measured during the Holy Week, the Bulgarian Catholics are staying at home and the liturgies and the church rituals are broadcasted online. A priest from the Saint Andrew church in Kaloyanovo commented for the Bulgarian National Radio that “in a moment when we are going through severe trials, it is good to remember how weak and vulnerable people are and realize that everything is in God’s hands”.
