While all countries in Europe are already announcing phased strategies for exiting the lockdown caused by the Covid-19 pandemic in order to avoid the arrival of hunger, the only thing we are doing is to keep counting the numbers of those infected. Such an opinion was expressed in an interview with the Bulgarian National Radio by Bulgarian political scientist Evgenii Dainov. He argued that due to the lack of strategic management of the crisis, Bulgaria will have to pay an excessively high economic cost.

"If no such strategy is developed soon, there will be protests. The Bulgarian people are moderate people, but from time to time they tend to take to the streets to state their position in public places," the political analyst predicts.
