Driving lessons and tests to be resumed

Driving tests are to be resumed in Bulgaria as of 4 May, 2020. They were one of the activities suspended due to the coronavirus.

This was agreed by Transport Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov and representatives of driving schools. In order to comply with the anti-epidemiological measures the duration of the tests of extended. The capacity of the halls where the theoretical examinations take place will be bigger. Face masks and gloves will be mandatory while driving. “The aim is to build an effective organization allowing for the normal functioning of the driving lessons,” Minister Zhelyazkov said.
