Trade union opposes idea of universities returning to regular educational process

The Union of Higher Education at the Podkrepa Trade Union has firmly opposed the idea of resumption of regular education activities at universities and colleges after the state of emergency in Bulgaria was lifted.

According to the union, lifting of the state of emergency does not mean lifting of measures related to health protection. All higher education institutions in this country have the capacity to finish the current academic year and lead the forthcoming candidate-student campaign in distance education mode, it was pointed out.
