Vice-President Iliana Yotova is organizing a virtual forum for Bulgarians living abroad. The title chosen for the forum are the words of Constantine Cyril the Philosopher “Naked are all people without books”.

The forum is organized on the occasion of 24 May, Day of Bulgarian Education and Culture and the Slavonic Alphabet. The initiative is targeted at children and young people up to the age of 18 from Bulgarian communities. They will be able to honour Saints Cyril and Methodius by recording a video of a poetry recital, song, or excerpt of a text by a Bulgarian author, or an original text dedicated to the mission of the two brothers and their disciples.

The recordings, which must be up to 3 minutes long, can be mailed to 24may.vice@gmail.com. The deadline is 22 May, 2020.
