69 new cases of Covid-19 registered Bulgaria in past 24 hours, 18 people recovered from the virus

69 new cases of Covid-19 were registered in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours. The total number of Covid-19 cases reached 1,758 by 8 am on May 6, the Secretary of the National Crisis Headquarters Associate Professor Dimo Dimov announced. Most new cases were reported as a result of targeted research of certain groups. 1,465 tests for the novel coronavirus were made in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours. A total of 51,768 tests or 7,395 tests per 1 million people were made since the beginning of the crisis. 

18 people recovered from Covid-19 in the past 24 hours. The total number of Bulgarians who already recovered completely from the coronavirus infection reached 360. 

Eighty year-old man from Veliko Tarnovo, seventy eight-year old man from Sliven and sixty one-year-old man from Gabrovo became victims of Covid-19 in the past 24 hours. They had underlying health conditions.
