The Bulgarian film "Rounds" by film director Stephan Komandarev has won the two main awards at the GoEast International Film Festival in Germany's Wiesbaden - the Golden Lily and the Critics' Award. A total of 107 titles from 40 countries took part in the competition.

For the first time, the 20th edition of the festival in Wiesbaden was held entirely online. Viewers also watched the films online.
The film had its world premiere at the Sarajevo Film Festival in 2019. This is yet another recognition for the film, but these are the first two awards from an online festival during a global pandemic. This makes them very special to us, Stephan Komandarev commented.
So far, "Rounds" has earned more than 10 awards from various festivals in Europe and has already been successfully presented in more than 10 countries.
