The Scholarship Fund of the Tuk-Tam Association, established by Bulgarians with experience abroad, will provide scholarships totaling about 5,000 euros to young Bulgarians, in order for them to pursue a master's degree at a foreign university. The condition is bringing the knowledge back and finding realization in Bulgaria. The jury points out that the candidates must have critical thinking; know that there was a solution to every problem and want to become citizens of the world, always remaining Bulgarians.
