Bulgaria's prosecutor's office is investigating two new signals in the case against the accused businessman Vasil Bozhkov, who is hiding from the Bulgarian judiciary in Dubai.

One signal has been submitted by Bozhkov by e-mail to the chief prosecutor, and the other signal is given by an edition related to Tsvetan Vassilev, who is hiding in Serbia, said Bulgaria's chief prosecutor Ivan Geshev.
Both signals have been directed to a competent prosecutor to assess the subsequent procedural actions. The prosecution is obliged to check all the circumstances, as well as the evidence in support of the accusation and the evidence that is exculpatory for the accused, Geshev said.
