GERB is not considering an option to form a new cabinet within the current National Assembly, Deputy Premier Tomislav Donchev pointed out and specified that he was skeptical about the idea for an expert cabinet. If an expert cabinet is formed, it would not be clear who bears the political responsibility, Tomislav Donchev said and added that the current ruling configuration was the only possible.
