“It is the citizens who must change the system,”  Prof. Velislav Minekov, co-organizer of the anti-government protests said for the Bulgarian National Radio.

In his words this parliament is absolutely useless, and the vote of no-confidence – pointless. That is why there has to be a new parliament, new elections, but fair elections. According to Prof. Minekov we need remote voting, vote-by-mail or machine voting. The ruling party is afraid of this because it is the only way to make sure the vote will not be controlled, Prof. Minekov said.
