Inspections led by the prosecutor's office have identified numerous violations in the construction and operation of sites on the Black Sea coast. Among the violations is a ban on citizens' access to Rosenets beach, located 15 km from Burgas. Also in violation of the law, a two-storey building and a port owned by the honorary chairman of the MRF Ahmed Dogan have been built there.
Among the identified irregularities is also the construction of a retaining wall in the Alepu protected area near the town of Sozopol, which is not provided for in the approved investment project.
The prosecutor's office points out that on-site inspections continue.
