Code Yellow for heavy rain and strong winds has been issued for 13 Bulgarian districts for today. The warning is in place for Vidin, Montana, Vratsa, Pleven, Lovech, Sofia Region, Sofia-city, Pernik, Kyustendil, Blagoevgrad, Pazardzhik, Plovdiv and Smolyan districts. Short and intensive rainfalls accompanied by thunderstorms are in the forecast for these regions. Precipitation will reach 20-30 liters per square meter in some areas. Hailstorms are also possible.
