The Bulgarian Red Cross continues to provide humanitarian aid and support to tens of thousands of people affected by the pandemic. In the course of 6 months, BRC is to carry out a large-scale campaign with the financial support of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). The activities are carried out mainly among the Roma population. BRC will provide personal hygiene packages to 30,000 socially-disadvantaged people affected by Covid-19. People will also receive information materials on the anti-epidemic measures adopted against the spread of the virus, BTA informs.
