GERB party submits draft act revoking mandatory treatment of Covid-19 in hospital

The ruling GERB party has proposed a new bill revoking texts in Bulgaria's Health Act, regulating hospital treatment for persons infected with the novel coronavirus,  Dnevnik daily reports.

The amendments were submitted in Parliament on Friday afternoon by the chairman of the parliamentary health committee and head of the GERB group Daniela Daritkova. She explained the motives were "clarification of regulations regarding the existing requirement for mandatory hospital treatment of cases of Covid-19."
