Police employees have announced yet another national protest, which will be held in front of the National Assembly building in Sofia on November 29, BNR reports. The police officers are dissatisfied with the government's proposal to raise their salaries by 15%, instead of including them in the list of professionals working in the front line in the fight against the coronavirus, which will receive a 30% increase in remuneration.
In an interview with BNR, Valentin Popov of the Trade Union Federation of Interior Ministry employees said that if police demands were not met, their protests across the country would continue.
