Bulgarian President Rumen Radev has spoken on the phone with Croatian counterpart Zoran Milanović. The head of state expressed Bulgaria's sympathy with the people and institutions of Croatia after the earthquake, which led to human casualties and destruction. He pointed out the Bulgarian abilities for assistance in case of need with engineering teams to assess the damage. Such teams were sent to Albania after the earthquake there in 2019. President Radev also invited Milanović to visit Sofia at a time that is convenient, BTA reported.
