Decisions in the election process, where huge interests are at stake, must work not only for certain political parties, but for all Bulgarian citizens, no matter where they are. This was said by President Rumen Radev during his meeting with the chairmen of the political parties Movement 21,  Bulgaria of the Citizens Movement and Volt.

The conversation is part of a series of consultations on the conducting of the 2021 parliamentary elections.

Radev insisted on a clear methodology for certification and testing of voting machines, which would inspire public trust in the devices. The representatives of Movement 21 proposed the introduction of postal voting for all citizens who have concerns about their health.
