On January 16, the resort of Pamporovo will be open again for winter sports and the operator of the ski area has announced that reduced prices of the lift passes would be kept until January 22.

For the past 5 days snow-making machines in Pamporovo have been working at full capacity to cover the slopes. It is expected that at least 70% of the ski area will be excellently prepared and open on Saturday and in the coming days more slopes will be open, BGNES reports.

To everyone's delight the weather has finally been normalizing in the resort and in addition to artificial snow, in recent days snowfalls have contributed to a significant improvement of skiing and snowboarding conditions, the resort reported.
