By order of Bulgaria's Minister of Health Kostadin Angelov the emergency epidemic situation in this country has been extended until April 30. Meanwhile, some anti-epidemic measures are relaxed as of today.

The shopping malls open on February 1 and gyms may operate at 50% capacity. Cinema halls and art schools are allowed to operate at 30% of their indoor capacity. People are still required to wear masks indoors, in the public transport or in outdoor public areas, where crowding cannot be avoided. However, people may no longer use face shields and scarfs instead of masks.  Restaurants are expected to open in one month.
