We have 13,934 confirmed voting applications from our compatriots abroad. 3,277 applications have been submitted from Great Britain, 2,759 from Germany, 1,390 from Spain, 950 from the USA. The news has been reported at a briefing by the spokesperson of the Central Election Commission - CEC Tanya Tsaneva, BTA reported.

By the end of next week, the CEC expects to receive instructions from the Ministry of Health on health rules for voting during a pandemic. It would not be a problem for members of the District Election Commissions to be vaccinated, because they are appointed by February 12. The situation is more complicated for the members of the section commissions, because the deadline for their registration is March 3. So far, 13 complaints have been filed with the CEC, Tsaneva added.
