He was arrested on July 1, 2020 in Burgas, during a joint operation of SANS and GDBOP. During the searches, many photos and videos were seized, in which the arrested person was seen in a combat situation, wearing a uniform and with a weapon in his hands.
In the course of the investigation, it was proved that he was attracted to the ideas of jihadism by his Syrian father, who was involved in Islamist groups.
