Protests against overdevelopment of Bulgarian Black Sea coast across the country

Protesters against the devastation of nature along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast took to the streets of Sofia and other towns across the country.

They are demanding a ban on housing development in the protected area Kamchia Sands near Varna, as well as guarantees that the protected territories will be preserved. The protests are organized by the "For the Nature" coalition and the “Green laws” initiative.
