If their stay is up to three days and they have presented a negative PCR test taken up to 72 hours prior to entry into Romania no quarantine is imposed. Arrivals from Bulgaria who do not present such a test upon entry into Romania are subject to 14-day home quarantine. No test is required for children up to the age of three, or for persons who have been revaccinated or have had Covid-19 and have recovered in the past 90 days.
