Health Minister: We are not late with the introduction of stricter restrictions
"When society is ready to believe in the anti-epidemic measures and to observe them, they shall be taken," Minister of Health Prof. Kostadin Angelov said in answer to a question why no stricter actions are being taken at a national level given the rapid rise in the number of infections and deaths. According to the minister, there is no way to apply measures where people do not believe in them.
